Karyn Stokke brings a rare and powerful rigor, deep compassion, and holistic healing to her work with clients. She spent more than 18 years serving as a prosecutor within a District Attorney's Office, including 10 years dedicated to prosecuting sexual assault crimes. Throughout her legal career, Karyn Stokke, known by many as "Stokke," worked closely with individuals navigating some of the most challenging and vulnerable moments of their lives, developing a profound understanding of trauma, resilience, accountability, and the human capacity for healing.
After years in the justice system, Stokke felt called to support people in a more proactive, empowering, and restorative way. She transitioned into the wellness and personal development space, where she now works as a life coach, health coach, and sound healer.

As a certified life coach, I currently offer a 10-Week Group Coaching Program designed to help women move from surviving to thriving. Together, we'll work through my Living Your Best Life Blueprint workbook in a supportive, small-group setting. Each week, we will meet live on Zoom to discuss the week's topic, celebrate wins, work through challenges, and create practical strategies for lasting change.
Throughout the program, you will gain greater clarity, reduce stress, establish healthy routines, prioritize self-care, build meaningful conversations, and rediscover the joy and purpose you deserve.
