Karyn Stokke brings a rare and powerful rigor, deep compassion, and holistic healing to her work with clients. She spent more than 18 years serving as a prosecutor within a District Attorney's Office, including 10 years dedicated to prosecuting sexual assault crimes. Throughout her legal career, Karyn Stokke, known by many as "Stokke," worked closely with individuals navigating some of the most challenging and vulnerable moments of their lives, developing a profound understanding of trauma, resilience, accountability, and the human capacity for healing.
After years in the justice system, Stokke felt called to support people in a more proactive, empowering, and restorative way. She transitioned into the wellness and personal development space, where she now works as a life coach, health coach, and sound healer.

I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps toward achieving those goals.
I am committed to providing a compassionate, non-judgmental, client-centered space to help individuals gain clarity, build sustainable habits, regulate stress, and reconnect with their inner strength. I believe in offering structure, accountability, and insight combined with guidance toward a deeper calm, self-awareness, and long-term well-being.

As a certified health coach, I currently offer a 90-Day Health Transformation Program where I will coach you toward achieving your health goals, which may include weight loss, eating healthier, improving your energy levels, and feeling great about yourself.
As a certified sound healer, I also offer sound healing through sound baths involving crystal singing bowls.
Future services will include individual and group life coaching programs. My areas of expertise include stress management, work-life balance, career transitions, and personal growth.
